OneStop Reviews

Reviews and reports on key operational areas, providing clear insights for potential investors, owners, and management to make informed decisions.  All reviews provide a) a risk assessment (based on impact and status), b) commentary on functional area(s) and recommendations for action or further work (if any), c) an assessment and commentary on the entire business and recommendations for actions or further work (if any).

Insight review: following an initial briefing from the CEO, business owner or investors, our functional experts conduct an initial diagnostic operational review with the relevant functional director/head (and in some cases their teams) to identify what is working well and where there are areas for improvement. This is a highly focused, but not time-consuming, exercise intended to identify the biggest opportunities for performance improvement. The OneStop team produces a review on each area, as well as a consolidated business overview, to provide clear insights, risk assessment and recommended actions to improve results.

Immersive review: following an initial briefing from the CEO, business owner or investors, our functional experts conduct in-depth operational reviews across the relevant functions. The immersive review will be structured with the client but is likely to include in-depth interviews with the functional heads and other senior team members and a group session with the whole department. This is a more immersive process that delivers a detailed review of performance, a risk assessment and recommended actions plans to improve results and deliver greater shareholder value.
